Safety audit and maintenance program for hydraulics
Enerpac, a specialist in high pressure hydraulic tools, has launched a series of safety audits, correct maintenance and staff training programmes.
Enerpac said its safety audit and maintenance programmes focus on delivering safety, productivity and cost-savings for users of high force hydraulic tools.
There is no cost for Enerpac audits, other than Service Centre costs for repairs, oil, parts and labour.
Enerpac projects in Australasia range from supply and servicing of individual tools through to its larger projects dedicated to lifting, shifting and manoeuvring challenging objects and structures. In Australasia, these include lifting, manoeuvring and balancing mining draglines, bridges, dredges, mineral processing mills and heavy oil, gas and construction mobile and static plant
The audits encompass cylinders, pumps, integrated hydraulic systems, professional bolting technologies, hoses, gauges and ancillaries. Training encompasses understanding hydraulics, dangers of incorrect use, operational skills and maintenance.
Expert training courses involve between 5-25 tradespeople, including maintenance fitters, riggers, apprentices, maintenance foremen/supervisors and all other users of hydraulic tools.
Enerpac’s safety audits and maintenance programmes complement its advanced ranges of safety-oriented, energy saving and labour-saving technologies, including lifting, pumping, fastening, bolting and maintenance tools.
